A woman has described “the most horrific moment” when two dogs attacked her while she was on holiday near Great Yarmouth.
Anne-Marie Daniels said she was “mauled” by the dogs at Cherry Tree Holiday Park, in Burgh Castle.
The 46-year-old from Cambridge explained that she was walking to her caravan with her seven-year-old when two dogs “went for” her son.
But as she attempted to save her child, they turned on her.
“I was trying to kick them off and protect my face, but they managed to get through and bit me through my leather jacket,” she told the BBC.
She said that dogs are supposed to be kept on a lead at the caravan park, but “there is not one sign saying ‘Keep your dog on the lead’.”
The mother-of-two said she now suffers from flashbacks of one of the dogs on top of her.
The park, which is run by Parkdean Resorts, said “safety” of guests is ” extremely important”.

Cherry Tree Holiday Park added that it is dog-friendly but its rules warn guests that pets must always keep on a lead.
A spokesperson said there was a “zero-tolerance policy” on this, and the dogs were removed the following day.
They added: “Security staff worked with the local police and paramedics who confirmed while on-site they were satisfied Anne and all other guests were OK”.
Norfolk Police said they attended the site on August 7 following reports of a dog being out of control.
Officers said a woman and a child suffered from superficial injuries.
However, the pair did not require hospital treatment.
The type of dogs involved in the attack remains unknown.
