Almost half of working parents want more flexibility in their careers.

One in three surveyed said they would consider taking jobs that only require them to work during school term time to improve work/life balance.

Labour’s manifesto at the election suggested giving employees a string of rights from their first day on the job, including the right to work from home, access to sick pay and protection from unfair dismissal.
