WATCH: Protester appears to assault GB News reporter during ‘anti-racist’ protests in London

A protester is seen appearing to assault a GB News camera team member during a demonstration in Whitehall, London.

Upon realising a People’s Channel team was in operation, a pocket of protesters began chanting “GB News, off our streets”.

A man is then seen heading towards GB News National Reporter Charlie Peters before responding furiously to being beckoned away.

He is seen angrily shouting “don’t touch me” as he slaps away the hand of a GB News operator.

Charlie said it was reflective of an atmosphere that had started to become febrile as the day wore on.
