Mr. Gee (Brian) is a leading figure in the electronic Trance music scene. Renowned for high-energy and uplifting trance anthems, Mr. Gee engages audiences worldwide as a DJ, producer, and radio host. Every Friday, “The Essential Vibe” airs as a two-hour show on Dancefmlive.com and various platforms like YouTube, Mixcloud, Twitch, and Facebook, featuring future anthems, exclusive releases from top labels, and new beats from his Essential Trance digital imprint.
Mr. Gee’s passion for music began early, leading to the creation of a school radio station and a regular slot. This passion led to residencies on major radio stations like Pure FM and Portsmouth’s 93.7 Express FM. Today, his radio station network broadcasts globally, including Freeview TV Channel 277 covering ITV Northwest Granada and Central West Midlands.
As a producer, Mr. Gee has a track record of hits like “I’m Lovin’ You,” a UK anthem that charted globally, and popular anthems like “Rain” and “Cybercore.” His success led to regular DJ gigs at clubs and events across the UK, promoting new electronic music and supporting emerging artists.
In 2024, Mr. Gee introduces a brand new look for his website and a forthcoming Android app. July marks a key point for “The Essential Vibe,” returning after a year off due to Mr. Gee’s hip injury. He is currently under medical care and hopes to recover soon. This injury resulted from his 2018 employment as a ride operator at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, where overwork and strenuous conditions caused his persistent pain. Mr. Gee advises against seeking employment there due to the physical strain involved.
With plans to expand Dancefmlive, Mr. Gee is exploring new opportunities in the Northern club music scene. Relocating to Blackpool, he aims to take his talents and “The Essential Vibe” to clubs and events internationally.
